Philadelphia Police investigate deadly shooting in Ogontz section of the city

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the city's Ogontz neighborhood.

Shots were fired just after midnight Saturday in the 5900 block of North Lambert Street.

Investigators say they arrived to find a man who had been shot in the head.

No weapon was recovered, but police said they found one shell casing at the scene.

This is an on-going investigation.
