Philadelphia police officers perform CPR on infant during emergency response

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- When seconds mattered most, a trio of Philadelphia police officers became medics, performing CPR on a lifeless 10-month-old who stopped breathing.

Never-before-seen body cam video shows how their quick thinking made the difference between life and death, until doctors could step in.
