CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- In the early 1970s, Muhammad Ali lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

He was fast of fist and foot - lip, too - a heavyweight champion who promised to shock the world and did. He floated. He stung. Mostly he thrilled, even after the punches had taken their toll and his voice barely rose above a whisper.

Take a look back at the life and iconic career of the boxer who was born Cassius Clay and who would become Muhammad Ali, AKA the ''Greatest of All Time.''
