Police investigate crash involving medic unit in Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a crash involving a Fire Department medic unit and an SUV in Southwest Philadelphia.

The collision happened near 70th and Lindbergh Boulevard at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to police, three people inside the SUV and one medic were transported to the hospital.

All four victims are listed in stable condition.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Officials have not released additional details about what led to the collision or whether any charges will be filed.
