Psychologist in Berks County charged with sex abuse, indecent assault

SINKING SPRING, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Berks County psychologist is facing multiple charges, including sexual abuse of children and indecent assault.

Police say 54-year-old Jeffrey Leoni of Sinking Spring inappropriately touched a 37-year-old woman who came to him seeking therapy.

Investigators went on to say they found multiple A.I.-generated, nude images of the victim and other females on his cell phone when they executed a search warrant.

The A.I.-generated nude images also included a 12-year-old girl, police say.

Leoni surrendered on Wednesday and is awaiting arraignment.
