Search suspended after man reported missing in Delaware River in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The search has been suspended for a man who went missing after entering the Delaware River near Penn's Landing in Philadelphia.

Rescue crews began searching for the man shortly before 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Authorities said a woman told investigators that her boyfriend dove into the water but never resurfaced.

Multiple agencies searched the river, but there was no sign of the man.
