Ridge Hall brings industrial chic foodie and community gathering space to Ambler
AMBLER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Ridge Hall is giving new life to an old building. The combination food hall, craft brewery, and community space (The Merchantile) has been repurposed from industrial use that dates back over 100 years.
The curated food hall features over 10 dining spots, offering guests the ability to try several different curated foods under one roof. Brands have been brought in from Philadelphia, including Two-Street Sammies (a veteran-owned business that started as a food truck, making sandwiches and party trays), Pho Mi Please (a spot for classic Vietnamese pho and banh mi), and Lucky's Roadside Stand (from the group that started Lucky's Last Chance in Manayunk, serving up burgers and hot dogs).
The anchor tenant is Twisted Gingers Brewing Company, with seating and sales in an open area that lets people see the brewing process in the same area where they imbibe. Guests can also visit businesses serving ice cream, pierogies, lobster rolls, and much more, and the space upstairs can be rented for events.
