Shelter Me: Meet Karma, a 6-month-old former stray who deserves a loving home

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- This week on 6abc's Shelter Me, we're featuring a sweet girl from Harley's Haven rescue who deserves some good karma - and a forever home.

Karma is a 6-month-old mixed breed. It's clear she did not have the best start to life.

She came to the rescue as a stray with severe skin infections and non-contagious mange, which made her lose a lot of her hair.

Her transformation from then to now is nothing short of amazing.

Her foster family says her true personality shines brighter each day. She is goofy, playful, and full of life with lots of puppy energy.

She's extremely smart and treat-motivated.

Karma does well in her crate and is currently house training.

She gets along well with dogs and loves people, but because of her puppy energy, she would do best in a home without little children.
