NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- Dozens of animals from shelters in Texas are now at the Brandywine Valley SPCA.
Three dozen cats and dogs were welcomed by representatives from the shelter at Wilmington airport in New Castle, Delaware.
They were previously being cared for in Texas, but had to be relocated due to catastrophic flooding there.
The shelter expects to put the animals up for adoption at several of their locations starting next week.
