Shooting scene stretches blocks in Philadelphia's Crescentville section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting scene stretching several blocks in Philadelphia's Crescentville section.

Officers were called to the 500 block of Rosalie Street around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, where they found a man shot multiple times in the legs.

Police say they found a blood trail leading from the 400 block of Sanger Street, along with shell casings on Rising Sun Avenue.

The victim is in critical condition but expected to survive.
