
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It's a longstanding Philadelphia tradition, but people still found a way to put a fresh spin on things this snow day.
Air mattresses and all kinds of inflatables passed for sleds on Sunday outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
It's been a while since we've had enough snowfall to support sledding down these steps.
For a group of Drexel students, it was their very first time.
"We're so excited to be here," said student Angela Tetruashvili.
While most people were getting around on foot Sunday afternoon, road crews were out trying to clear the roads for those who did have to get behind the wheel.

That wasn't the case for this crowd in Kensington.
At Human Robot, the bar promised to knock $1 off its $8 lager for every inch of snowfall in Philadelphia. When we stopped by, the beer was down to just a buck.
"You gotta get it while the getting's good - it's a madhouse in there, so we got a couple, brought 'em back and did what we had to do," said Niall Paredes of Fishtown.
