17-year-old killed in Allentown, Pa. triple shooting identified

Triple shooting kills 17-year-old, injures 2 others in Allentown, Pa.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Allentown, Pa., are investigating a triple shooting that killed a teenage boy and injured two others.

It happened around 10 p.m. on Saturday in the area of North Jay and East North streets.

Police say the victim, identified as 17-year-old Ja'Meer Roberts, was shot several times and rushed to the hospital. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

The two other victims were taken to area hospitals. There's no word on their conditions.

So far, no arrests have been made.

The investigation remains ongoing.
