Variety - The Children's Charity of the Delaware Valley turns 6abc lobby into pop-up marketplace

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- From produce, to candles and treats, the 6abc lobby turned into a pop-up marketplace on Thursday, July 17, in celebration of Disability Pride Month.

The event was hosted in partnership with Variety -the Children's Charity of the Delaware Valley.

Variety supports children and young adults with disabilities.

The high schoolers who visited are part of Variety's 7-week summer vocational training program.

Everything sold was created by participants, who receive hands-on training in customer service and learn how to complete sales transactions.
