Victims of Carbon County helicopter crash identified; one from Haddon Twp., N.J.

PENN FOREST Twp., Pa (WPVI) -- The two people killed in a helicopter crash in Carbon County, Pennsylvania have been identified.

40-year-old Michael Higgins was from Haddon Township, New Jersey.

52-year-old pilot Jeffery Patmore was from British Columbia, Canada.

Both died in the accident in Penn Forest Township on Thursday afternoon.

The helicopter was up for power line work at the time of the crash.
