VIDEO: Full-circle rainbow in Russia

A video of a full-circle rainbow has gone viral.

The rainbow was spotted from the cabin of a crane in St. Petersburg, Russia.

The crane is being used to build the 460-meter high Lakhta Center skyscraper in the city.
