PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Waymo's driverless cars used recent snowy weeks in Philadelphia to get used to wintry conditions.
The vehicles were put to the test during recent snow storms.
The company's co-CEO, Dmitri Dolgov, recently posted a video of a robo-taxi driving down a lightly snow-covered Market Street.
He says the California-based, autonomous ride-hailing company tested the cars in several snowy cities, including Denver, to train them on how to respond.
Waymo began autonomous test drives in Philadelphia, back in December.
