Volunteers help people with disabilities catch some waves

WILDWOOD, New Jersey (WPVI) -- A mission that started in California has become an annual tradition in Wildwood.

"They Will Surf Again" provides people with injuries and disabilities a chance to jump in the water.

The organization behind the event is known as "Life Rolls On."

This was started by Los Angeles native, Jesse Billauer, after he had a tragic accident at a young age.

"I knew what it was like when I wanted to get in the water after I got injured...When you see somebody smile and cry and laugh and all the emotions, it's beautiful," said Billauer.
