Wilmington man indicted for alleged plan to attack University of Delaware police station

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A Wilmington man has been indicted for allegedly plotting an attack on the University of Delaware police station.

Luqmaan Khan was arrested in November of 2025 while sitting in a vehicle in Canby Park.

Police say inside the car, they found loaded weapons and a notebook in which he had a manifesto stating how to carry out the attack.

Khan was an undergraduate student at the University of Delaware at the time of his arrest.
