WILMINGTON, Delaware -- Three people were injured in a crash involving a car and school bus in Wilmington, Delaware on Monday morning.

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. near Lancaster Avenue and Clayton Street.

The 17-year-old driver of the car and two students on the bus were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries.

There were approximately 24 students on the bus who were headed to the Charter School of New Castle.
