Man shot and killed in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in North Philadelphia.

It happened before 11:30 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of North 11th Street and Erie Avenue.

Officers arrived to find a man shot four time in the head and neck.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.
