Walking the runway for a cancer cure

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month, and Monday night survivors took to the runway.

Eight local colon cancer survivors shared their personal journeys and walked the runway as part of the "On The Runway for a Cure" event at the Independence Visitors Center in Center City.

"Get Your Rear in Gear" and Macys partnered for the event, which aims to raise money for colon cancer research.
