WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Some Delaware students have been making a big difference through fundraising in Wilmington.
The boys at the Salesianum School have been working to support homeless war veterans.
Most recently they collected household items and gave them to vets in need.
Tuesday a formerly homeless veteran who benefited from the students' work delivered a personal thank you at the school.
Governor Jack Markell was also there to honor them.
