A total of five missing women have now been linked to the sprawling and ongoing investigation centered on a home in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood.
Eugene Horsch, 44, was indicted on federal charges Thursday for allegedly having fake DEA credentials, according to officials.
Authorities said additional details have emerged about what investigators found inside the home during the search on Friday.
Documents obtained by Action News show that zip ties were discovered at the home, as well as a handwritten note that mentions serial killer Ted Bundy and ways to dispose of trash.
