A dog sitter from the popular Rover app is now under a police investigation after some dog owners have reported alleged abuse.
"People sometimes are really at loss to even function, not going to work, they're tearful all the time and they're reaching out for help."
The toy breed is a happy-go-lucky dog with a childlike, even whimsical attitude.
"Shock collars are not consistent with our mission of improving lives," said CEO Ron Coughlin.
Each test vacuum is run over the fur until it is gone. The remaining fur is weighed. The best vacuums remove the fur using fewer strokes.
The FDA posted an adorable but cautionary video to warn people that while pets likely can't spread the coronavirus, they can get it from their owners.
