As PECO crews worked to repair damage, company management continued negotiations with union leaders to end a strike that began Saturday.
The union representing striking PECO workers says three members have been injured since they hit the picket lines just after midnight Saturday.
The union representing about 1,600 PECO workers went on strike at midnight Saturday after contract negotiations failed to produce a new agreement.
The strikes were announced shortly after President Donald Trump told reporters in the Oval Office that "you're going to find out" if the U.S. will respond.
Negotiations are scheduled ahead of the strike date. If a deal isn't reached, this will be the first-ever PECO strike.
