Grab a snorkel and take a look at what is being called the world's first underwater hotel.

The two-story villa is set more than 15-feet below the Indian Ocean in the Maldives.

The amenities include a bar and restaurant, and rooms that feature an ocean-facing bathtub.

Guests must stay four nights.

The total package costs $200,000.
