Action News' assignment desk editor retires after 3 decades

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- We want to take a moment to congratulate a member of our Action News family.

Assignment desk editor Dan McKenna is retiring after more than 30 years.

Dan says he got his passion for journalism from his father, who worked as a newspaper reporter and spokesman.

He says he can't wait to start traveling.
