Longtime Action News photographer retires after more than 30 years

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It was a bittersweet day for our Action News family as we celebrated one of our own, known for his work behind the camera

Photographer Ricky Harris is retiring after more than 30 years with Action News.

6abc hosted a celebration Tuesday afternoon in honor of Ricky, who has covered countless stories over the years and has set a standard of excellence for his coworkers.

We will certainly miss Rick's calming presence and his creativity.
