WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- For the second year in a row, some of hip‑hop's most recognizable names used their star power to promote health advocacy.
This past weekend, legendary artist Big Daddy Kane headlined the Health, Hope, & Hip-Hop Foundation's 2nd annual ball in Wilmington.
Local hip-hop artist Philadelphia Freeway was also honored.
Community journalist Tim Mader takes us there and shares the inspiration behind the celebration.
