Center City high-rise fire forces dozens out in cold

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- An apartment fire at a Center City high-rise forced dozens of people out in the cold.

It happened at 13th and Walnut streets around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Firefighters saw smoke on an upper floor and were able to get the fire under control within 10 minutes.
