SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Pop-singer Taylor Swift had a crowd of 70,000 screaming fans shaking it off on Friday night at Lincoln Financial Field.

In town for her 1989 World Tour, Swift started the concert with her hit 'Welcome to New York.

The Wyomissing, Berks County native is arguably the hottest act in the world - especially among the little ladies.

A walk around the parking lots before the concert and you were bound to hear fans belting out their favorite Swift tunes.

But being a 'Swiftie' isn't just for the girls. Jeff Ulmer is a fan as well.

The concert was a Christmas gift for the family.

"Big Taylor Swift fan," he said.

11-year old Emily Dougherty has spent the last six months in the hospital with a blood disorder.

Seeing Taylor was a wish of hers.

"I like her because she sings good songs," said Emily.

Her favorite song is 'Shake it Off.'

"It's been a long road and to be here is just amazing and pretty emotional - very emotional," said Jenn Dougherty.

Katy Harris and Chris Eisenmann are such Swift fans, they decided to get hitched outside the concert.

There was no bad blood, just plenty of fans of the 25-year-old singer.
