2 wounded in West Oak Lane shooting

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital in West Oak Lane.

It happened around 7:30 Friday night on the 7600 block of Temple Road near Sharpnack Street.

Police say a man in his 20s was shot three times. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition.

Authorities later received a call from Chestnut Hill Hospital about a man in his 30s that suffered a graze wound above his left eye. He was listed in stable condition.

It was determined that the second victim was also shot on Temple Road.

No word yet what sparked the shooting.
