Authorities have made an arrest in connection with Tuesday?s murder outside a McDonald?s restaurant in Norristown.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities have made an arrest in connection with Tuesday's murder outside a McDonald's restaurant in Norristown.

22-year-old Jonathan Walker is charged with First and Third Degree Murder and a weapons offense.

Prosecutors say Walker got into an argument with 24-year-old Marquis Johnson late Tuesday night at the BP gas station next to the McDonald's on West Main Street.

Moments later, prosecutors say, Walker fired 11 shots, striking Johnson multiple times, killing him.

Officers found Johnson lying in the drive-thru lane of the McDonald's, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say a male was shot and killed outside a McDonald's restaurant in Norristown, Pa. late Tuesday night.

The investigation eventually led police to Walker.

He was arrested and has been ordered held without bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for June 23rd.
