Man shot outside Wilmington gas station has died

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- The man who was shot outside a gas station in Wilmington, Delaware has died.

It happened around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday outside of the Citgo station in the 600 block of Concord Avenue.

The victim, 24-year-old Robert Bailey, was found with gunshot wounds to his upper body and lower body.

He was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition, but later succumbed to his injuries.

No word on a motive or any suspects.
