Penn hosts Joe Biden for Q&A on campus

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann hosted Joe Biden on campus Thursday for a Q&A with students, faculty and staff.

The former vice president spoke at the new Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

Last month, Biden announced he'll be joining the faculty at Penn.

Thursday's conversation focused on foreign policy and national security.

Biden told the crowd the reason the United States has been able to lead the world is because of the power of its example.
