Karen Rogers has an FYI for you on a unique event designed to leave you full and happy.

It's a monthly event called Yogi's table.

It starts with an hour-long yoga class and ends with a healthy meal.

Onna Hepner is the owner of a cooking and menu plan business, she calls Full & Happy.

She says "Everybody wants to be a little bit healthier and get a little bit of exercise and why not have it be something that's fun and interesting and different."

They also do birthday & bachelorette parties & other special events.

Onna gets her food from local farmer's markets and shows you how to prepare the meal you're about to eat.

The Yogi's Table was crafted from 100-year-old floor boards from Philadelphia Brewing Company.

You dine in the same space where you were just practicing yoga.

Yoga Instructor, Stacia Nero says,"Getting sweaty enough that they feel comfortable enough to sit down and just really go after their meal."

The ladies started Yogi's Table in May and through word of mouth and social media, the events are selling out.

To sign up, you go to Full and Happy.

If you're wondering why this is such a big hit, Onna says, "It's two things that people love. You know they want to eat delicious food and people want to feel good about their bodies and about themselves."
