PHILADELPHIA -- Safety Malcolm Jenkins had a concussion late in Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys, Eagles coach Chip Kelly said Wednesday.

Jenkins did not practice with the team Tuesday or Wednesday as he goes through the NFL's concussion protocol. Kelly's disclosure of the injury, three days after Jenkins had it, was the first mention of Jenkins' concussion.

Jenkins played on all 78 defensive plays in the Eagles' 33-27 overtime victory. He did not participate in Tuesday's light practice session. On Wednesday, Jenkins was on the field without a helmet, working with members of the training staff.

"He should be back tomorrow," Kelly said. "We're not concerned about that."

Jenkins, 27, is tied for the Eagles' team lead in tackles, with 54. He is tied with rookie linebacker Jordan Hicks, who was placed on injured reserve Monday with a torn pectoral muscle.

In other injury news, left tackle Jason Peters (back) and wide receiver Nelson Agholor (high ankle sprain) were practicing Wednesday. Agholor practiced last week but was held out of Sunday's game in Dallas.
