Teen shot at Wilmington playground

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting that left a teenager injured.

It happened along the 600 of Pine Street. Police said a 15-year-old girl was shot once in the ankle just after 5 p.m. Sunday.

The girl was taken to Nemours Dupont Hospital. She is in stable condition.

No arrests have been and the investigation is ongoing.
