Toll increase for Tacony-Palmyra, Burlington-Bristol bridges

The price went up Tuesday night to drive across the Tacony-Palmyra and Burlington-Bristol bridges.

Drivers paying cash will be charged $4; those using E-Z Pass will be charged $3.

This is the first toll increase for these two bridges in 15 years.

The Burlington County Bridge Commission says the hike is needed to fund improvements.
