Boy, 11, helps deliver baby brother

James Dukes was home alone with his mother in Cobb County, Georgia when she went into labor.

The child called 911 and was able to deliver his baby brother by following the dispatcher's instructions.

Doctors at the hospital were quite impressed.

It looks like James is well on his way to earning a white coat.
