1 dead, another hospitalized following crash in Robbinsville Township

ROBBINSVILLE, New Jersey (WPVI) -- Robbinsville Police in New Jersey are investigating a crash in Mercer County.

The crash happened just before 1 a.m. Sunday on Robbinsville-Allentown Road at the intersection of Main Street.

Upon arrival, police say they found two people ejected from the vehicle.

The driver, a 36-year-old man from Pennsauken, was found a short distance from the vehicle.

The passenger, a 37-year-old female from Pennsauken, was partially pinned under the vehicle.

Both people were transported to the hospital, where the passenger succumbed to her injuries a short time later.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
