Delaware County Senior Games

UPPER PROVIDENCE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A lively competition for people of a certain age kicked off Monday.

The Delaware County Senior Games are now underway.

You have to be 50 and older to compete and go for the gold in a variety of Olympic style sports from outdoor games to golf to shuffleboard and even Wii Bowling.

The Senior Games encourages residents to stay fit while having fun.

More than 600 seniors are set to take part in the 12 day competition and is open to people who are up to the age of 100.
