Action News Troubleshooters help one man resolve a $400 billing mistake from a satellite TV company.

When one man was erroneously charged a $400 cancellation fee from a satellite TV company, he contacted the Action News Troubleshooters for help.

Ronald Clemons tells Action News a satellite TV company mistakenly charged him hundreds of dollars to cancel a contract Clemons says he never even had!

"I went hours on the phone for 4 to 5 weeks fighting this thing," said Clemons.

Fed up from the fight, he contacted the Troubleshooters through Call for Action.

"Well, I've used them before with another corporation," he said.

Our Call for Action volunteers resolved his previous case, but could they help with this one?

"I could tell by her tone of voice that she thought I had a case," said Clemons. "And next thing you know, I got the letter in the mail and they canceled everything."

So how did Clemons feel when he got his $400 back and then some? "I jumped," he said. "I jumped in the air!"
