According to the DA, Coatesville police responded to a domestic dispute in the 300 block of Mount Pleasant Street around 9:20 p.m. Sunday. After speaking with those involved, including Kallie, the scene was cleared.
Approximately 30 minutes later, Valley Township police responded to a crash and reports of shots fired on the 300 block of East Glencrest Road.
Arriving officers found two women in a car with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police say one of the women was 5-months pregnant. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other woman was taken to Paoli Hospital where she died of her injuries.
A 22-month-old child was found in the backseat of the vehicle and was not injured, police say.
Authorities have not released information about the relationships between everyone involved.
A cousin of one of the victims tells Action News the suspect fathered a child with one of the women he allegedly killed.
"Her birthday was supposed to be on Friday," said Elizabeth Medina. "It's sad."
Elizabeth Medina says her cousin, 20-year-old Tiara Rodriguez, will be remembered because of her smile.
"We used to always go to Puerto Rico with each other," said Medina. "She was loving, caring. Always there for each other."
"These senseless and tragic murders of two women and an unborn child should outrage everyone. Domestic violence continues to plague our communities and our homes and its ripple effect has life-altering consequences for too many people," District Attorney Deb Ryan said.

Then at 10:45 p.m., West Chester police were called to the report of a carjacking at Route 162 and Telegraph Road in East Bradford Township.
Authorities say the victim reported his car was stolen at gunpoint.
The suspect, later identified as Kallie, was stopped just after 11 p.m. in Caln Township after a police pursuit.
According to authorities, Kallie exited the car holding a gun to himself. Police were able to negotiate with the suspect and he surrendered around 11:40 p.m.
"We will do everything in our power to hold Mamadou Kallie accountable for these premeditated, intentional and cold-blooded murders," Ryan said.
