Suspect in store shooting held for trial

WEST PHILADELPHIA - November 20, 2009

Isaiah Baldwin is charged with attempted murder, robbery, and possession of a firearm by a minor in the shooting of Eliezer Urena, 25, back on May 12th.

Police say that was when Baldwin entered the Ventura Corner Store on South 58th Street, posing as a customer. He allegedly asked Urena where the laundry detergent was.

When Urena, a father of five, showed him down the aisle police say Baldswin shot him twice, kicked opened the security door, cleaned out the cash register and fled.

Urena was hit in the back and the arm.

The entire incident was captured on surveillance camera.
