Firefighters were called to the Mansion Inn on the unit block of South Main Street just before midnight.
Officials say the fire started in the kitchen and spread to the attic. All of the damage was inside the building.
Fire companies from across the Delaware River in New Jersey were called in to help fight the fire.
No injuries were reported.
