Twenty-year-old Tymere Bailey of New Castle has been charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, resisting arrest and other offenses.
Police say on Sunday afternoon, officers were called to the community of Overview Gardens for a reported suspicious person. Police say when officers arrived on the scene, Bailey fled, damaging two fences, before being caught behind a house.
Officers say Bailey had 3.9 grams of crack cocaine and $1,292 of suspected drug money in his possession.
