Police charged 32-year-old Jonathan Manfre with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The Jackson resident is free after posting $1,500 bail.
Seaside Heights Detective Steve Korman told the Asbury Park Press Manfre was stopped by off-duty police officers and security working at the house featured in the reality series at 3:16 a.m. Sunday. Police say they found Manfre in possession of a "white powdery substance."
It's not known whether Manfre has hired a lawyer.
