NEW YORK (WPVI) -- A woman delivered a healthy baby girl on the concourse of the World Trade Center PATH Station early Tuesday.

Port Authority police responded to the call of a full-term pregnant woman in labor at approximately 2:30 a.m.

The woman, Marwa Abdrabo, along with her husband and their 2-year-old son, were on their way to the hospital for delivery. The woman said she felt the baby coming, and officers prepared the area for a possible birth.

Authorities said EMS arrived on the scene within a few minutes, and the baby girl, Asenat Abdrabo, was born.

EMS transported the family to Beekman Downtown Hospital.

Officer Brian McGraw, an EMT, evaluated the patient and determined she was about to give birth. This is the second baby McGraw has delivered.
