CUMMING, GA -- A woman in Georgia is accused of using Craigslist to buy a baby for her 14-year-old daughter.

Elaine Williams of Cumming, Georgia, was arrested after police say she posted an ad asking for unwanted babies to be dropped off in a so-called baby box.

The ad specifies the child should not be disabled and must be left with a birth certificate.

Police found the 14-year-old daughter's bedroom outfitted with a crib, baby formula, diapers and baby gifts for both sexes.

The Williams family says in a statement they were just trying to help a mother who could not care for a child.

The minor in this case is expected to face charges.
